One on one classes are specifically designed for your needs. Whether you're brand new to Yoga and aren’t ready for a studio class, if you have been practicing for years and want to refine and elevate your practice, or even if you have injuries or specific goals. My objective is make sure you are comfortable and guided professionally to build courage and move you towards goals.
PRIVATE GROUPS + EVENTS
This is perfect for groups like a stagette, bridal or baby shower. Even if you are vacationing to the Okanagan and want classes at your house (package rates available) instead of joining a studio or simply to practice outside.
I took SUP Yoga teacher training a few years ago and being on my board in the summer is a favourite pass time. I can provide one on one instruction or small group experiences. Classes are fun and challenging
Get your co-workers together for a brain break and Yoga class. Pause your work day to help your body and brain reset form your office environment (or reset after work before heading home). Classes will be accessible and designed so you won’t go back to work sweaty.
