Nurtured Belonging

Mini Day Yoga Retreat in Kelowna BC
June 20th 10:00-4:30
Kinnikinnick Landing

A slower kind of day to reconnect, soften, and return to yourself.

About connection.
Not Productivity.
Not content.

On June 20, we gather inside a light-filled greenhouse for a mini day retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself.

This is a space to step away from the noise, soften your edges, and remember what it feels like to feel at home within yourself.

  • A 90-minute opening yoga practice to arrive and ground

  • Ceremonial cacao and guided meditation

  • Space for tarot and self-inquiry

  • A nourishing lunch and refreshments

  • A 90-minute closing yoga practice to integrate and unwind

Each yoga practice will include sound bath elements and hands-on assists, with time woven throughout the day to simply be — whether in quiet reflection or connection with community.

It’s a day to turn inward while being held in community.
To reconnect with yourself, and remember that belonging begins within.

This retreat is intentionally intimate, with just 30 spaces available, allowing for a spacious, personal, and supported experience.

Come as you are. Come together. Find a sense of belonging — and walk each other home.

If this speaks to you, we would love to have you there.

“Tessa is truly an exceptional teacher who cares deeply about supporting each and every student. She creates this safe space for you to discover and evolve your Yoga practice, to challenge yourself in new ways, to rest and unwind. Tessa’s passion for what she does is so evident and will inspire you to bring more Yoga into your life. In class, her gentle, clear guidance will get you out of your mind and into your body. I leave each class with Tessa feeling a little more grounded, steady and at ease.”

"The lesson which life repeats and constantly enforces is

Look under foot. You are always nearer to the divine and the true sources of your power than you think. The lure of the distant and the difficult is deceptive. The great opportunity is where you are.

Do not despise your own place and hour. Every place is under the stars, every place is the centre of the world." - John Burroughs"
